What we collect

• Account: email, name (if provided), email-code verification, and sign-in sessions.
• Usage: saved views, watchlists, delivery preferences, usage counters, and email delivery logs.
• Operational logs: IP address, user agent, request paths — used for troubleshooting and abuse prevention.

What we do with it

• Authentication and rate limiting.
• Sending email digests for the feeds you create.
• Operating the service. We do not sell your data.

Third parties

• Cloudflare (hosting, storage, and edge services) and Resend (sign-in codes, test emails, alerts, and digests).
• MCP / agent clients you authorize can access news and act on your saved views and watchlists within the permissions shown during connection.

Your controls

• Delete saved views and watchlists, turn off email delivery, or use the unsubscribe link in an email.
• Disconnect authorized agents from Account settings.
• Email hello@regnewswire.com to delete your account and all data.

Payments

If you subscribe, Stripe processes payment information and manages recurring billing. We store Stripe customer and subscription identifiers and subscription status. We do not store your full card details. Complimentary and free access do not require payment information.
